Chocolate Pudding
(Who would think that tofu could make such a creamy-and dreamy-desist? The
proof is in this phenomenal pudding)
Ingredients: 1.1/2 lbs. Soft tofu * 1.1/4 cups sugar * 1/3 cup cocoa *
1/4 cup oil * 1.1/2 teaspoons vanilla * 1/4 teaspoon salt or soy sauce
Method: Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and
blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into individual serving dishes or a
baked pie shell. Chill until firm and serve it.
