Combine any of your favorite fruits with soy-milk to make a splendid blended drink. Freezing the fruits first makes smoothies extra thick and creamy.
1 large or 2 small servings
1 medium banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1/2 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, chopped apricots, pitted cherries, whatever you like)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon

Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree smooth.
