Warm Winter Wine

Warm winter wineTake the chill off holiday guests with this warm and spicy wine.



3 to 4 servings


1 (750ml.) bottle red wine
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 cinnamon sticks
Splash of brandy

How to prepare

In a large pan, gently heat the wine and spices with the maple syrup. Bring just to a boil, then remove from the heat. stir in the brandy and serve.
