500 gms Fish
500 gms Onion (sliced)
1" piece Ginger (chopped)
1 tsp Garam masala
3 tbsp Ghee
800 gms Curd
3 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste

How to prepare

Remove the skin of the fish and cut it into slices. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onions until golden brown in colour. Add ginger, garlic, red chili powder, garam masala, curd and salt cook until the masala is done. Add fish slices and little water. Mix well and cover the pan with the tight fitting lid and seal the edges with the dough. Cook on a very low flame till done. When done serve hot.
