Fried vegetable salad with garlic breadFried vegetable salad is very easy to prepare. It is very delicious and crunchy in the taste. Hungry children will just love it. It is full of nutrition. You can add some more dry fruits like cashew nuts, ground nuts or pistachio with others, into it. More vegetables also are added to enhance the taste.   

Ingredients

50-gram lettuce

6-7 cobs diced baby corn

2 diced carrots

6-7 almonds

8-9 raisins

1 tablespoon flax seeds

Garlic bun

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon oregano

How to prepare

Heat the oil in a pan and add baby corn and carrots.

Add salt and saute light. The vegetables should cook properly but remain crunchy. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Shift the vegetables to a serving plate. Cut the lettuce. Season it with oregano. Top it with almonds and raisins.

Serve it with the garlic bread or directly.
