Moong Dal Salad

Ingredients: 2 cups sprouted moong dal * 1 onion (chopped) * 1 greenchili chopped * 1 table spoon  lemon juice * 1 teaspoon chat masala * 1 potato (boiled, peeled & cut into cubes) * 2 small tomatoes  (chopped) * 2 teaspoon coriander leaves(chopped) * salt & pepper to taste

Method: Sprinkle little water & cook sprouted dal until tender. Cool & add all the ingredients to  it. Mix well & serve cold.

Serves: 5-6

Preparation Time: 35 minutes
