Ingredients: 2 cups spinach (chopped) * 1 small onion (chopped) * 2 green chillies (crushed) * 1/2 teaspoon garam masala * 1+1/2 tablespoon corn flour * 1/2 cup chana dal (soaked) * a small piece ginger (crushed) * 2-3 flakes garlic (crushed) * salt to taste *oil for frying
Method: Cook dal till three-fourth done. Add spinach and cook until all water is absorbed. Transfer to a big plate, cool and add onion, ginger, green chillies, garlic, garam masala, salt and cornflour.Mix well.
Divide the mixture into several equal parts and make small balls. Deep fry these balls until golden brown in colour.
Serve hot with sauce.
