1/2 cup very soft dairy-free margarine
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
One spoon vanilla extract
One spoon water
One cup flour
3/4 cup crushed pecans
How To Prepare:
Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Mix the margarine, confectioners sugar, water, vanilla, flour, and crushed pecans. Flour the hands and roll into 1-inch balls. Bake it until it gets brown, about twenty minutes. Roll in the remaining confectioners' sugar for about three minutes.
