Ingredients
For crispies
1 cup Maida
Oil for frying
1 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
For Raita
2 cups Curd
1 tsp Castor sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Milk
Oil for frying

1 tsp Castor sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Milk
For Garnishing
3/4 tsp Cumin powder
3/4 tsp Mint powder
3/4 tsp Mint powder
How to prepare
Rub oil in flour, add salt and make a stiff dough with warm water. Roll out into a big chapati and cut into long and thin strips. Heat oil in a pan and fry strips on low flame till crisp and golden in color. When all are done keep aside to cool, meanwhile, beat curd, add milk, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix well and keep in a refrigerator. Just before serving add crispy strips and garnish with cumin powder and mint powder.
