2 Cups fresh curd 
1/4 Cup cucumber (cut into cubes)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Green chilies (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Beetroot (boiled and cut into cubes)
1 Tomato (chopped)
2 tbsp Green coriander (chopped)
1 tsp Sugar 
For Garnishing 
1 tsp Cumin powder 
How to prepare
Beat the curd and add all the ingredients to it. Mix well and serve cold garnished with cumin powder.
