Good Glazed Root Vegetables In Winters A wonderful way to enjoy winter veggies, this recipe is sure to become a favorite at all your holiday get-togethers.

Ingredients                           

2 Large carrots, scrubbed or peeled 
2 Parsnips, peeled
2 Medium turnips, peeled 
1 Rutabaga, peeled
2 Large yellow onions, peeled
1 Cup Marvelous Marinade (see below)
1/4 Cup Maple syrup or fruit concentrate syrup 

How to prepare

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cut the vegetables into even-sized wedges (about 1/2 inch thick and 3 inches long). Toss them with the marinade and maple syrup or fruit concentrate syrup, and spread on two lightly oiled, shallow baking pans. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, turning occasionally until the vegetable are tender and glazed. Serve not.
