Cheese corn is a very tasty and healthy preparation. You can serve it on any occasion as a light snack.
How to prepare
Cut the corn in big round shape, boil in salted water for about 20-25 minutes. Place a small bowl with butter over the corn to melt it. Remove the bowl. Remove on a plate and sprinkle salt and pepper and toss well.
Apply butter on each piece with a brush and keep aside for some time.
Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Take out the tray from the oven, grease with some oil and keep it aside. Apply green sauce on each corn with a brush. Sprinkle red chili powder, black salt, lemon juice, and grated cheese.
Place them on a greased tray, place the tray in the preheated oven, till the cheese melts. Remove in a serving plate and serve.
