Ingredient: 1.1/4 cups vegetable oil * 2 cups sugar * 3 teaspoons vanilla * 3 cups sifted flour * 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda * 1 teaspoon salt * 1 cup chopped pecans * 3 cup diced apples *
Method: Preheat the oven to 350 0F. Combine the oil, sugar, egg re-placer, vanilla and stir well. Add the sifted flour, baking soda and salt beat by hand then add the pecans and apples. Pour into a 10-inch bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
